Agentic automation uses AI agents that plan and execute multi-step tasks with your tools, such as reading a document, updating a record and drafting a reply, under rules and human approval. Unlike a chatbot, an agent does the work instead of only answering questions.
Who owns the code and the data?
You own your data. Hosting, ownership and licence terms are set in the FlexiGlob agreement for each project, and data stays exportable at any time.
